20 Years

Permanent Residence Permit

The PRP is granted for 20 years and allows a non-citizen to work and live in Mauritius. The application is made at the Prime Minister’s Office, and we can assist throughout.

Golden Visa

A Golden Visa framework targets at least USD1 million invested in an economic activity (new type of permit but not yet available on EDB platform for application). The Golden Visa does not replace the existing property-residence route. Residential property bought under an Economic Development Board (EDB) scheme is expressly excluded from the USD1 million economic-investment test.

Foreign nationals may also invest, work, live or retire in Mauritius through the Premium Visa.
